Tracy, a former resident of Virginia, is a graduate of Radford University, near Roanoke. She resides in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, with her two sons and her husband Dale, an Outer Banks native. Tracy began building her knowledge of the Outer Banks real estate market by assisting friends and relatives in locating rental homes for vacation getaways. As her knowledge of the real estate market grew, so did her interest in expanding the opportunity to work with other families in satisfying their vacation and home ownership needs. Tracy began working as an agent assistant in March of 2002. She became a licensed real estate agent in July of 2003 and a licensed real estate broker in November 2003. Tracy joined BD&A Realty and Construction in August on 2004 and pleased to be associated with one of the top real estate companies in all of Eastern Carolina. Tracy’s husband, Dale owns a local pool and spa business associated with local real estate developers, landlords and property owners. Tracy and Dale, along with their two sons, are active members of the Outer Banks community.
